Terms and Conditions

Please note the following important information regarding fees. Your booking is made on the condition that you understand and accept these terms:

You will be invoiced $232 for your scheduled initial consultation. Full payment is due on the day of the consultation. Should you proceed to book an assessment, this fee will act as a deposit against the total assessment fee - it is not an extra or additional fee.

If you decide to cancel your scheduled assessment appointment, you must inform me at least 7 days prior to the first scheduled assessment session. Cancellation with notice of less than 7 days will incur a cancellation fee of $232 for each session cancelled.

If you decide to cancel your scheduled therapy session or initial consultation, you must inform me at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment. Cancellation with notice of less than 48 hours will incur a cancellation fee of $116. This fee must be paid within 7 days of the invoice for the fee being issued.

If you do not attend a scheduled appointment and you have not provided the adequate notice of cancellation or nonattendance, you will be charged the cancellation fee as outlined above.
