Terms and Conditions

Please note the following important information regarding fees. Your booking is made on the condition that you understand and accept these terms:

A non-refundable booking deposit of $220 is to be paid when you schedule an appointment for assessment. The fee must be paid within 7 days or the scheduled assessments will be cancelled. The booking deposit will be deducted from the total fee owing for the assessment. The balance of the fee must be paid on or before the day of the first assessment session.

If you decide to cancel your scheduled assessment appointment, you must inform me at least 7 days prior to the first scheduled assessment session. Cancellation with notice of less than 7 days will incur a cancellation fee of $220 for each session cancelled. This fee is additional to the nonrefundable booking deposit and must be paid within 7 days of the invoice for the fee being issued.

If you decide to cancel your scheduled therapy session, you must inform me at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment. Cancellation with notice of less than 48 hours will incur a cancellation fee of $110. This fee must be paid within 7 days of the invoice for the fee being issued.

If you do not attend a scheduled appointment and you have not provided the adequate notice of cancellation or nonattendance, you will be charged the cancellation fee as outlined above.
